Tim acquired Evolution Technologies (now EGT) in 2025 after 30 years of hands-on leadership in the architectural, residential, and automotive glass industries. Tim most recently served as Vice President of Glass & Glazing Systems for Lippert (NYSE: LCII) and remains an advisor and consultant.

With 13 years of glass industry experience, Tony oversees glass and glass-related component sales for Evolution.
Machinery Sales - North America
Formerly the President of Cool Temper North America, Mike has joined Evolution with 30+ years of glass industry capital equipment sales experience.
Inside Sales & Customer Service
Based in our Elkhart, Indiana office, Jessica handles customer service and inside sales efforts for glass and equipment sales. Prior to joining Evolution, Jessica worked as Regional Sales Manager for The Vomela Group, Transportation Division.
General Manager
Overseeing front-office management in both Georgia and Indiana, Mac focuses primarily on accounting, resource management, and systems management. Always on the move, Mac works primarily remotely from his home office in the Chicagoland area.
Automation and Controls Engineer
With 15 years of hands-on automation and electronics engineering experience, Matthew leads our advanced technical installation and service activities.
Field Services Manager
Bringing 10 years of equipment service experience to Evolution, Kevin oversees equipment services, machinery moves, rigging, and installation.
Supply Chain Manager
Based out of our Georgia office, Russ drives the day-to-day supplier communications, purchasing, planning, and logistics. With 15+ years of glass, window, and fenestration supply chain experience, Russ excels in warehouse inventory and material requirements planning.
