+30 years Operations and Engineering experience in the fabricated glass, window and solar industries. Prior to investing in Evolution, Tim most recently served as Vice President of Glass & Glazing Systems for Lippert (NYSE: LCII).

As a 12 year glass industry veteran Tony oversees sales in the Central and Southern US of Capital Equipment and Fabricated Glass Products. Tony has a proven track record of Technical Sales in the glass and window industry.

Tony has a BS from Indiana University in Criminal Justice.

Overseeing Customer and Vendor relations, kasha brings 20+ years of professional business management to our team. Prior to joining Evolution, Kasha worked as a Senior Analyst and Copyright Editor covering public markets (NYSE/NASDAQ). Kasha has a Bachelors Degree in Public Policy from Indiana University.
